A small works holiday exhibit presented by Vanda Gallery in New Rochelle, NY, in collaboration with Greenhaven Artists.
Submission Guidelines
- Cost: $30 non-refundable application fee for up to 3 pieces.
- Maximum Size: 12″ x 12″ finished, including the frame.
- Hanging: All work must be ready to hang with wire or D-rings. No sawtooth hangers.
- Delivery of Accepted Work:
- Work must be delivered to Vanda Gallery between November 9th and 12th, from 11 am to 5 pm.
- Artwork must be completely dry and ready for installation.
- No substitutes for accepted work will be allowed.
Important Dates
- Submission Deadline: October 18th
- Notification of Acceptance: November 3rd (by email)
- Delivery Dates: November 9th – 12th (11 am – 5 pm)
- Exhibition Dates: November 18th – December 23rd
- Opening Reception: Friday, December 9th (6 pm – 8 pm)
- Artwork Pick-up: January 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th (11 am – 5 pm)
Sales & Other Information
- Sales Commission: The gallery retains 40% of sales, with 60% paid to the artist.
- Payment: Artists will receive payment for sales within 10 days after the exhibition ends.
- Private Viewing: Arrangements for a private viewing can be made.
- Unclaimed Artwork: Any work not retrieved after 30 days will become the property of Vanda Gallery.
- Liability: While precautions will be taken, Vanda Gallery and Greenhaven Artists are not responsible for loss or damage to artwork.
- Image Use: Artists grant Vanda Gallery and Greenhaven Artists permission to use images of accepted works for promotional purposes.
