A Collaboration Between Greenhaven Artists and Vanda GallerySubmission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines:

Submit up to 3 pieces
$30 application fee (non refundable)
Specs: gallery wrap, no frame up to 24”
If paper work, frame should be simple, mat no more than 2.5”
All work must be ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers use wire or D rings)
Max price not to exceed $750
Call opens Sept. 1
Deadline to submit: October 20th
Notification: Nov 6th

Dates:

Deliveries: November 17, 18th (11am-5pm)
Opening reception: Friday December 11th, 6-8pm
Exhibition dates: November 21st-December 23rd
Submission deadline: October 20th
Pick up artwork: January 5 & 6 (11am-5pm)
Private viewing may be arranged. Artists who do not retrieve their work will be
charged a storage fee of $5.00 per day. Works remaining after 30 days will become property of Vanda Gallery

Delivery of Accepted Work:

Work(s) must be delivered to Vanda Gallery between the hours stated above. All
work must be ready for installation. Wall hung work must be securely wired.
Artwork must be easy, and ready to install. No substitutes will be accepted. the
gallery has a right to refuse work that does not match the submission image or is
not gallery ready.
